By posting such photographs, the City of Waterbury makes no representations, either express or implied, that the properties depicted are in any particular condition or state of improvement. Furthermore, the City of Waterbury is not liable for any errors in the posting of such photographs, including the posting of a photograph of property which does not depict the property to be auctioned. The posting of photographs of properties to be auctioned does not relieve a prospective purchaser from the obligation of  exercising reasonable diligence in determining whether or not to purchase a  property offered at auction.
